These terms describe your use of Smart Teleprompter and this website, provided by RxLab.
Using Smart Teleprompter
You may use the app to create, import, edit, and present scripts for lawful personal or professional purposes. Follow applicable laws and respect other people’s rights. Do not use the app to distribute unlawful content or attempt to compromise its operation.
Your content
You retain ownership of your scripts. You are responsible for having permission to use imported content and for what you present. RxLab does not claim ownership of your scripts. Keep separate copies of important material; local data can be lost if you delete the app, change devices, or experience a device failure.
Speech recognition and availability
Speech recognition may mishear words, lose your position, or be unavailable for your device, language, or network. Check your script and rehearse before relying on the app for a presentation. Features may change with app or operating system updates. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
Apple and third-party services
App distribution and any purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate applicable license is supplied. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, microphone access, and Apple speech recognition, including possible server processing.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without additional warranties. RxLab is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Stopping use and changes
You can stop using the app at any time. We may update these terms for future use as the app or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The effective date identifies the current version.
